Instruction for the Parents

Dear Parents,

We are glad to have you here among us. Here we seek the opportunity to get you acquainted with the rules and regulations of the school, which are essential for the smooth running of the institution and the progress of your child.

1. It will be the first time for the child to step in the atmosphere without the parents. So prepare him mentally to come to school and train him to be friendly with the teachers and colleagues. Take care that his behavior should not harm other students physically or in any other ways.
2. Make the child habitual of hygienic habits like using toilets and flushing after use. In the initial days of school, children are frightened to take permission from teachers to go to washroom, so prepare them to inform the teacher regarding this.
3. Parents will take clear to the concerned class teachers about the auto driver or the conveyor. Please write the name of the child and class on the form provided and give it to the conveyor to submit to the class teacher on the reopening day.
4. Please write the correct address and phone number clearly in the child’s school dairy and on the Identity Card. Pin it up on shirt daily. It helps us to reach you in case of emergency. Child without the Identity Card will not be permitted in the school. In case of change in address / phone number inform to the class teacher immediately.
5. We are extremely glad to inform you that we are launching the parent portal: entab.online/TVMHSN we are offering many facilities through online portal.

   Monthly fees should be paid in the office before 10th of every month during school hours between 8 am to 11 am only. Else fine will be charged.

6. Please send only vegetarian diet with your child. Later on parents won’t be allowed to bring the tiffin.
7. It is compulsory to come to school daily in well ironed neat, clean and complete school uniform with polished shoes. In case of faded colour uniform purchase a new one. Hair should be properly oiled and combed. For girls two pleats are compulsory with black ribbons. (one pony will not be allowed) For boys short hair cut is must. Nail paint, mehandi, bindi, bangles, bracelet costly ornaments, ear-rings and nose rings are not allowed. Only very small ear tops (American diamond) will be allowed.
8. Students of Std. I to X have two recess. Hence, they should bring sufficient food stuff with them. The food should be vegetarian. Please give one napkin, water- bottle and tiffin with spoon in a basket and a label on it.
9. In case of fever, diarrhea, vomiting and communicative diseases like chicken-pox, mumps etc. don’t send the child to school. Please inform the teacher and produce Doctor’s – Certificate.
10. No half day will be allowed. If you intend to go anywhere or in any such case. Don’t send child to school on that day.
11. It is compulsory to bring the school diary regularly. Instructions for tday to day working will be provided through school diary. Do read and follow it thoroughly.
12. Keep a habit of speaking in English with the child at home. So that in school the child will not have any problem in the Communication.
13. Parents must visit the school to see and sign the report card. Before this remember to clear all fees dues then they will not be able to see the result.
14. Remember, proper and quick response to any problem about the child, will definitely help to promote the child’s progress.
15. The books and note books of the child should be properly covered with brown paper and label.
16. Suggestions and complaints concerning teaching problems are always welcomed.

Polite and respectful behavior is expected from parents towards the working members of the school.

17. School uniform should be as prescribed by the school.
18. Only parents (Father and Mother) will be entertained at the time of Parent’s Meet and Results.
19. Parents are requested to keep their mobile at silent mode during the meeting hour. Taking photocopy of the answer sheets won’t be allowed.
20. All the visitors including parents will surrender their mobile at the Reception while meeting the school authorities.

Students of Std. I to X on Wednesday will wear House wise uniform, regular black sports shoes & black socks.

Black cycling shorts are compulsory for all the girls.

21. Before it make sure that you have cleared all the fees dues to avoid the in convenience.
